Our Goal

Our goal is to help you to live as independently as possible, therefore we can offer you support in your own home and/or within supported living schemes. We can help you with personal care, accessing a range of community activities as well as support you to undertake household tasks. We understand you will have goals and aspirations and want to try new experiences and we will be by your side to provide the support you need, whether you are looking to take a trip, returning to work, going to college or more. We regularly review your support and activity plans to ensure you are happy and receiving the right support.

Who We Can Help

Miracle Care Centre can provide services to any adult requiring care or support for independent living in their own home, helping service users to manage medication routines, any aspects of personal care, light housework or helping service users to prepare their own meals. Our services are tailored to be as individual as our clients, from one hour per week to 24 hours a day.

Dementia Service

Medically speaking Dementia is a syndrome that is associated with an ongoing decline of the brain and its abilities, for example:

  • Memory
  • Understanding
  • Thinking
  • Judgement
  • Language
  • Apathetic

For Miracle Centre, we understand that the way a person with dementia feels and experiences life is down to more than just having the condition. There are many other factors aside from the symptoms of dementia that play a huge role in shaping someone's experience. These include the relationships the person has, their environment and the support they receive.

Personal relationships and someone's social environment are central to life, regardless of age or mental ability. We recognise this by being as supportive as possible. We help a service user with dementia to feel valued and included.

Our support is sensitive to the service user as an individual and focuses on promoting their wellbeing and meeting their needs. We know that each service user is unique, with their own life history, personality, likes and dislikes. We focus on what the person still does have, not on what they may have lost and to focus on what the person feels rather than what they remember.
